Located on thousands of private acres, right on the banks of South
Dakota's Lake Oahe, This area is known for its upland bird hunting.
Part of what makes this acreage so bountiful in pheasant population
is that it is managed for the birds. With high, thick, cornfield
rows, providing food and cover, pheasants are right at home. In
the later season, the natural growth of trees and brush provide
cover for these birds. The variety and beauty of landscape, including
Missouri River breaks and bluffs, row crops and small grain fields,
creek and slough bottoms to brushy fence lines and CRP - is one

We
highly recommend Late Season Pheasant Hunts. A high concentration
of birds seek the heavier cover in the late season, which produces
massive flushes of birds!
